How to organize and create content for online classes

Learning needs have evolved and digital spaces have had to adapt to current demands. For better performance and use, these tools allow and facilitate teachers to develop quality learning programs for all students or collaborators who seek to grow academically and professionally.


Different tools help users to create and organize their academic content, and in this blog, we show you how to do it on LearnAla's e-learning platform in a simpler and friendly way, with the advantage that everything is a single digital space.


Interactive Presentation Maker


It’s a creative space that allows users to create presentations, tables, graphs, or surveys. Its creator allows users to develop valuable professional content that is capable of promoting interactive and dynamic learning in students through text, images, videos, or graphics.


Step 1: To start creating an interactive presentation we click on "Create interactive presentation" to access the entire content creator.



Step 2: Create a new section: These work as topic dividers, letting us achieve a better arrangement of our information or select an order in which you want to show the presentation.



Step 3: Build your interactive content. To give format within each section, you can insert up to 3 elements per page having as options: text, table, graphics, images, surveys, voice notes, video, multiple-choice questions, and closed questions. These elements allow you to give design and variety to your interactive presentations and let you entertain your students when they are learning.


Library


It allows you to have a collection of files or videos in a single space. It has the option to categorize the content through keywords that let you access and search for files more quickly. Teachers will be able to use the library to share their content files within their courses more easily.


Step 1: Add documents or links in the LearnAla library, clicking on “upload content”. Choose between uploading a pdf file or an external link that redirects you to the content you want to reach.


Step 2: For more efficient navigation, it’s possible to use the “Categories” option. Here you can search for files on the same subject more quickly, or we can go to the word search for more specific research.


Calendar


It allows you to order and schedule homework, activities, exams, and meetings online. When a new "event" is created, you have the options to choose the date, time and select the course to which you want to apply the reminder, in this way everyone who is enrolled in the program, course, or training will have it scheduled in their calendar automatically and with the active notifications they will be able to remember and attend their activities or classes in time.


Step 1: Create a reminder for a Zoom class.

We turn to the calendar and select "create event". To generate the event you will need to fill in the information fields: Name, the corresponding course and add the link that you want to use for your class.



Step 2: To schedule an exam, evaluation, or activity, it is necessary to be within the respective course; in this way, the individual activity that wants to be scheduled is chosen properly. If you forget to schedule it, it’s only a matter of returning to the course and clicking on “edit”.
